Jersey Airways suffers fourth mishap in 11 days

Having seen one aircraft overcome by waves and another driven into a wall, killing a boy in the process, Jersey Airways saw another of its aircraft damaged when it swerved violently while taxiing to its take-off position. It lost two tyres and the associated wheel spats in the incident. The tide was on its way in at the time and the plane had to be towed to a safer position: it wasn’t going anywhere.
